Work You’ll Do
This Strategy & Plans Analyst will:
- Provide the analytical and subject matter expertise required to advance a program institutionalization across the Department, while identifying and mitigating impediments impacting Department operational implementation.
- Work through the Department’s program Governance processes while leveraging Departmental policies and guidance.
- Work to identify required staff actions for resolution.
- Coordinate with Department Components to garner appropriate principal staff advisor and/or responsible proponent organization for enabling Department program objectives and milestones

Strategy will help our clients:
- Identify strategies for growth and value creation
- Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
- Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must hold a TS/SCI clearance or higher
- 5 years of professional experience, including military experience
- 5 years of experience in operational planning and/or strategy implementation
- 5 years of experience managing large groups of stakeholders, developing reports, and building PowerPoint decks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with government consulting
- Military experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
