Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Technology group you will:
- Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
- Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
- Develop and maintain custom applications, coding, and testing to support the state eligibility system.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for eligibility determination processes for programs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to the defined requirements and design specifications.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the system meets the defined requirements and functions correctly.
- Document all development activities, including code changes, testing procedures, and results.
- Ensure all requirements and design deliverables are reviewed and approved by the client before beginning the development phase.
- Utilize Deloitte Consulting’s approved consulting tools and methodologies to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Maintain version control and manage code commits using tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and effective implementation of enhancements/defects.
- Complete project engagements within scope and budget while meeting deliverable requirements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

Salary : $97,875 - $163,125
