Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Lead in the Technology group you will:
- Provide client service delivery and operations execution
- Collaborate with and manage project teams comprised of other staff to execute a portion of the project scope
- Provide expertise on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software Application Development and Maintenance
- Lead one or more work streams on large engagements of moderate size and complexity
- Lead deliverables creation, directs and reviews the work of others for quality and accuracy
- Generate project milestones and delivery schedule

Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Has 13 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
