Work you’ll do
- Seeking a Business Analyst with strong Foreign Military Sales - FMS background
- Well versed in safe agile framework to provide policy guidance and oversight assistance for FMS and any supporting/related projects.
- Experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of business process re-engineering
- Experienced developing briefings and comms materials in their subject matter domain
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to fleet management.
- Analyze and evaluate current fleet management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the needs for FMS implementation or enhancement.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents for FMS solutions.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment of FMS solutions with business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of FMS solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze fleet data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into fleet performance and key metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the FMS.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure proper utilization of the FMS.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FMS-related issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor the performance of FMS solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
- 4 years of professional experience with relevant work related expertise in government and/or consulting
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst and/or a Business Systems Analyst
- Knowledge of FMS (Foreign Military Sales)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Strong background in business process and documentation
- Experience with Agile SAFe
