Work you’ll do
- Support the annual Employee Climate Survey at a large government agency.
- Provide support and expertise throughout the survey lifecycle, include survey planning, communications, program management, analysis, reporting, briefings, and ad hoc analysis.
- Analyze and update scripts for the survey, then conducting the analysis and QC’ing the reporting and briefing decks before they are provided to senior leaders across the agency.
- Bring ideas to the client to improve and modernize their analytic practices

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- 4 years of Human Capital Consulting experience
- Data analysis and Data Visualization experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in I/O psychology
- Experience supporting Employee Surveys
- Experience using the following tools for data analysis: Python, R, SPSS, Tableau
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
