We advise, design, implement, and deploy innovative and technology enabled solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues in specific sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources.
Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Under direction of the Applications Manager, this role is a specialist in their respective Epic Application(s) and supports core functions of the health system's processes Provide support for operations break-fix tickets, standards changes, maintenance and some small projects

Qualifications
Required
- Must have a current Epic Certification in one of the following: Epic Ambulatory/ECLink/Haiku/Canto/MyChart/Healthy Planet
- 3 years of recent experience with an Epic Support and Maintenance
- Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
