Work you'll do
In support of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced consultant to drive strategic planning, organizational performance management, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce executive-level dashboards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, spearhead data quality improvement initiatives, and establish data governance best practices across the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Maintain the overall project direction, schedule, project scope, quality, work effort, interdependencies and risks.
- Lead team of individuals in direction, strategy, and delivery of overall project.
- Represent the team to the client and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate and participate in workshops.
- Structure key project deliverables and proactively address program-level risks and issues, assisting with resolution
- Develop a shared understanding of organizational metrics, encompassing both retrospective and prospective analyses
- Comprehend the necessary efforts to achieve problem-solving and performance improvement success
- Escalate barriers and issues requiring Echelon I leadership intervention
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture
- Streamline and standardize metrics reporting to highlight issues and enhance problem-solving

This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
