Surface Ship Materiel Sourcing Analyst (with active Secret Clearance)

Work you'll do

• As a Procurement and Logistics specialist you will research, identify, and verify parts, components, and materials from a ship's bill of materials
• Leverage your deep understanding of logistics and procurement systems and processes
• Regulatory & Compliance Verification
• Support material technical & database management
Provide detailed reports, data analysis, and documentation to support procurement and dashboard development

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 6 years of experience Or high school diploma plus 12 years of experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Must have knowledge of logistics, parts sourcing, and supply chain management on Surface Ships

Preferred:

• Understanding of Surface Ship commands relevant to ship maintenance, modernization, and sustainment
• Knowledge and expertise in DoD Logistics or supply experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent research and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Familiarity with government logistics, supply, and procurement systems: Federal Logistics Information System (FEDLOG), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS), Haystack, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Access Technology (MAT), Material Requirements (MRQT), Business Objects, One Touch Supply (OTS), Accuris, Haystack, and LogiQuest.
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and ITAR regulations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000 to $143,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
