UKG Integrations - Solution Specialist

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues related to integrations between UKG WFM and other applications (e.g., HRIS, payroll, timekeeping systems)
• Serve as a subject matter expert for WFM integrations, offering insights and solutions for both internal teams and external clients
• Manage escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, ensuring timely resolution, thorough documentation, and quality control of solutions
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to design and implement effective integration solutions that meet organizational needs
• Provide training and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, enhancing their technical skills and product knowledge regarding integrations
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement changes that optimize integration workflows and improve user experience

Qualifications Required

• 3 years of experience in UKG WFM integrations, including APIs, data mapping, and middleware solutions
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor's Degree
• Certified in UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM
