In Customer Strategy & Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

Work you'll do
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes through effective research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to optimize public health programs, particularly in diabetes prevention.
- Conduct user research, develop user personas, and create costumer journey maps for healthcare consumers.
- Prepare detailed reports and facilitate discussions to drive actionable insights.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative program evaluation to form actionable recommendations.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with clients.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience researching and reporting on consumer behavior
- Experience creating customer journey maps and documenting user experience interaction
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative program evaluation and data analysis, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive client success.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Travel not expected for this role.
Preferred:
- Master of Science in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a GPA of 4.0.
- Background in marketing, program evaluation, strategic management, and consumer behavior.
- Experience supporting public health interventions
- Language proficiency in English plus German, Spanish, and/or French.
- Strong understanding of public health initiatives, particularly in diabetes prevention.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed, insightful reports and facilitate productive discussions, ensuring clear communication of complex information to stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with initiatives focusing on priority populations and health equity.
- Experience conducting interviews and facilitating workshops with federal health clients.
