What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workforce Development Project Delivery Lead position at Deloitte?
- Develop and maintain relationships with government clients, identify and pursue business development opportunities, and manage client engagements
- Manage large-scale transformational workforce development efforts, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams, including workforce engagement programs, vendor management frameworks, labor market ecosystem analysis, and relevant communications; develop associated technology requirements and roadmap, where necessary, to support workforce development efforts
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in workforce management, labor markets, and outsourcing-related issues, and contribute to thought leadership and business development activities
- Utilize your expertise in creating talent pools through sourcing and onboarding intermediaries
- Participate in firm initiatives
- Manage project teams and mentor staff and coachees
- Assist in proposal development, as requested
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required
- 12 years of relevant human capital experience impacting workforce development and talent management programs in large corporate or government environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
