We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated emergency medicine physician to join our team at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY. The successful candidate will provide medical care to patients in the emergency department, including evaluating patients, ordering tests and treatments, and developing treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans
- Ordering tests and treatments as necessary
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- New York state medical licensure
- Board certification in emergency medicine or internal medicine/family medicine
- 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- 12-hour APP mid-day support, 10a-10p
- Average of 13,000 annual visits
