Medical Assistant's Main Objective: Overall, the Medical Assistant is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:
- Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
- Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently seeing to it that all clinical trial protocols are being adhered to 100% of the time
- Be responsible for self review of charting for accuracy and quality
- Act as the unblinded resource in a double blind, double-placebo controlled study
- Be responsible for the constitution and administration of investigational products and medication
- General data collection for patient visits including patient questionnaires and entering data into multiple online systems
- Communicate effectively with the Pharmaceutical Sponsors on charting and patient data as question arise
- Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians including ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols
Skills needed to win:
- Required: Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN
- Required: 6 months of professional experience in a Healthcare setting
- Required: Experience and comfort with administering intramuscular (IM) injections
- Required: Immediate start date availability
- This is an onsite Monday-Friday position. No remote or hybrid seeking applicants please.
- Prior clinical research experience is not required (but wonderful if you have it, of course!)
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary onsite engagement and slated to be full time (target 40 hours per week) and lasting for a period of 8 weeks with the potential for extension. Previous Clinical Research experience is not required. We are happy to train!
