What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Support Representative, your responsibilities will include :
- Quoting and Estimating : Process labor and material information to generate accurate quotes for customers.
- Customer Service : Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
- Dispatching : Coordinate scheduling and dispatch technicians for service calls, ensuring prompt response times and efficient routing.
- Support Sales Operations : Assist with sales-related tasks, including managing customer accounts, tracking service requests, and processing orders.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records, update databases, and provide general office support as needed.
