The Lead Program Manager is Responsible for leadership of a team of material planners that provide materials support for the rollout of Engineering Action Authorization (AA) projects. These projects include modifications such as WiFi rollouts, new A/C deliveries, full A/C cabin refreshes, reliability improvements, and FAA Airworthiness Directives. The Lead Program Manager will have immediate oversight of the inventory analysts, having responsibility for their initial training, ongoing development, and overall production. The Lead Program Manager must also be able to perform all inventory analyst duties as applicable. Must work closely with the Project Managers of each program to ensure that all mod lines remain on track to meet their respective accomplishment plans and that expenditures remain within budget guidelines. This role Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
