What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Coordinator - Crew Tracking position at Delta Air Lines, Inc.?
This position works in unison with internal Operations & Customer Center (OCC) teams to preserve operational reliability and minimize customer impact. The Operational Senior Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Routing of Delta's flight crews while maintaining compliance with applicable Federal Air Regulations, contractual work rules, and company processes and procedures
- Maintaining a constant awareness of the current day operation by monitoring flight activity and crew (Pilot and Flight Attendant) events
- Proactively responding to and anticipating events to minimize flight delays and cancellations
- Responsible for ensuring every flight has a crew assigned to it and Delta computer systems are updated with accurate routing information
The successful candidate will consistently practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
