This position is for a Delta Technical Operations Division (TOC) Project Manager located in Atlanta GA. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with TOC leaders and Finance across business units to identify key improvement areas. Organize learning sessions and ensure optimized agenda and participation
- Disseminate and consolidate outputs from process improvement sessions i.e., aggregate and analyze inputs that come from multiple stakeholders participating in the LEAN process.
- Identify automation opportunities. Be able to clearly articulate how our projects articulate into improvement for the business.
- Design and manager calendar to ensure timely execution of process improvement plans including report outs to obtain buy-in from senior leadership.
- Develop execution calendar for key Finance initiatives.
- Organize weekly staff meetings on behalf of Finance VP to ensure all actions and follow-ups are completed timely.
- Practice executive communication through frequent interactions with senior leaders and their teams throughout the TOC engine and Finance organizations
- Plan, coordinate and drive closure on ad-hoc tasks that supports business needs
