Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales individual to lead our US Sales Team, leading on new opportunities across our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) business. You will work directly with clients, prospects and business stakeholders and be an SME in KYC, AML, and onboarding. You will be responsible for refining, implementing, and running a sales strategy for the CLM business that covers the full range of our offering including Technology solutions, Managed Services, and Resource Augmentation, whilst also generating new business and gaining new logos for Delta Capita.

This is an exciting role as we expand our capabilities globally. The preferred candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a focused approach as we develop this fact-growing part of our business.

This is an individual contributor role, utilizing the network of the management team, the Delta Capita network, and a hands-on approach. This position is based in New York and will be key to our regional growth. We operate under a hybrid work policy, but with the nature of the role, there will be an expectation to be based in our NYC office with the ability to meet clients on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities within US accounts for our Client Lifecycle Management business.

Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.

Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving renewal opportunities.

Understand each customer’s business objectives, challenges, and issues and how we present Delta Capita’s outcome-based solutions to meet these objectives.

Document and manage dynamic account plans, encapsulating business requirements including white space and clear competitive replacement strategies.

Internal stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organization, with all levels of seniority.

Work with the wider Sales management team to develop a business plan and go-to-market / demand management initiatives leveraging DC’s organization to develop core revenues and penetration across the account base.

Develop a 12-to-24-month pipeline of qualified incremental business opportunities.

Required Experience :

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and managing client relationships.

Experience of working in or with financial institutions, with a focus on Client Lifecycle Management activities.

Experience working for, or closely with, service providers to Financial Services customers.

Knowledge and experience of the sales lifecycle, including RFPs, contracts, proposals, and pricing.

Knowledge of key sales disciplines – Salesforce, MEDDIC, unsolicited proposals, partner leverage, deal sheets, etc.

Proven ability to manage multiple lengthy and complex sales cycles.

Proven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunities.

Have an interest, market opinion and existing understanding of the financial industry sector, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.

Required Skills :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

KYC experience, working in or with financial and banking institutions

Commercially driven experience and demonstrable results

Self-managed – energetic, flexible, and capable of operating remotely

Responsive to customers business needs and clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service

Accurate reporting skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail

Salary Range : $130,000 - $170,000 commission
