Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective medical policies and programs
- Collaborate with clinical providers to keep them informed of key updates and align on organizational goals
- Evaluate and ensure the highest quality of care provided to all patients
- Optional clinical hours: create your own schedule for direct patient care
- Serve as a leader in promoting a culture of healthcare excellence within the clinic
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Flexible clinical hours based on individual preference and needs
