We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a start-up program on an Indian Health Reservation in North Central Montana. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and shape a new program, working with patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide occupational therapy services to patients with varying levels of need and ability
* Develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence and well-being
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the program
**Requirements:**
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current State license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
* Strong team-mentality and patient/community-focused approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
