Position Details:
- Location: Carrollton, TX
- Salary: $50k
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare e-commerce sales orders, primarily Amazon FBA shipments.
- Generate commercial invoices and shipping documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve issues related to shipments and inventory.
- Enter orders into the internal system, process deliveries, and create invoices.
- Obtain shipping quotes and coordinate product dispatch.
- Communicate with trade customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
