Payroll Specialist - Dallas, TX

Our Client is expanding throughout the USA and Canada and has a need to add to their Payroll Department to accommodate the growth! Our Client offers a great work environment, awesome culture and great benefits and perks!

The Payroll Specialist will prepare payroll for over 1500 employees, will complete the upload in to ADP Workforce Now and export it for processing for bi-weekly payrolls.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in ADP Workforce Now
  • Prepare payroll for over 1500 employees
  • Complete the upload in to ADP Workforce Now
  • Export payroll for processing for bi-weekly payrolls

Required Skills

  • MUST have a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience using ADP Workforce Now
  • MUST have experience processing payroll for 1500 employees, multi state in the US and Canada, and multi entities (at least 5 company codes)
  • Must have experience and / or exposure to transitioning employees to payroll due to M&A's
  • Experience with 401K, preferably Empower is a plus!
  • Understanding of payroll confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
