This seasonal position is ideally suited for individuals with the flexibility to adjust their schedules from part-time to full-time based on seasonal needs, emphasizing availability during our peak season from September to November. Candidates must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM in their local time zone, Monday through Friday. Your commitment to maintaining presence during these standard daytime hours and the ability to adapt to shifting workloads, particularly during our peak periods, is essential.
Attends onsite open enrollment and health care meetings at client locations or virtually. May have to give a presentation on benefits, or be available to answer individual questions. Provides follow up information electronically to appropriate Delta Dental personnel.
This role requires at least two or more years experience in one or more of the following: benefits administration in Human Resources, serving as a medical/dental carrier, representative, or an insurance broker.
