Job Description

The Network Development Specialist plays a pivotal role within the enterprise's Network Development team, focusing on building and maintaining robust, reliable provider networks nationwide. This position is integral to driving key recruitment activities while fostering strong relationships with providers, their teams, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and internal business partners across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate for this role will reside in Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and nurtures collaborative partnerships between providers and the company, with a focused commitment to developing strong, stable provider networks.
• Oversees recruitment projects and resources within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Strategically plans and implements daily recruitment activities to optimize outreach and engagement.
• Assesses and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of contracting specific providers, making informed recommendations.
• Builds and maintains productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
