What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Health - Community Outreach Specialist position at Delta Health System-The Medical Center?
The person hired will be doing outreach for the Rural MOMS grant and the term of the grant is through September 30, 2027.
Will be required to coordinate grant activities as well as other grant-related project management activities as assigned.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Work, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field
