Responsibilities:
- Oversee the closing operations of a hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Coordinate with various departments, including coffee shops, banquet halls, and food production areas
- Manage the catering services and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for closing operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including coffee shop management, banquet services, and food production
- Familiarity with catering procedures and bartending skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
