We are seeking outgoing Front Desk/Guest Service Agents to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Ontario Airport, a newly opened, and fully renovated full-service hotel with exceptional amenities including on-site restaurant, bar, and Starbucks coffee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Required Skills:
- Open availability with flexibility to cover a rotating overnight front desk agent shift.
- Experience in hospitality customer service or front desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations
- Proficient in phone etiquette
