Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all served items.
Skills
- Experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist with inventory management.
