• ^{Own the Finance Process: Engage directly with customers, identifying their financial needs and offering tailored loan, lease, and warranty options.}
• ^{Drive Results: Close deals efficiently by negotiating favorable terms that align with customer goals while maintaining dealership profitability.}
• ^{Streamline Transactions: Manage paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and finalized quickly.}
• ^{Maximize Relationships: Build and maintain strong ties with financial institutions to offer the best possible financing terms.}
• ^{Lead the Team: Oversee the F&I department, ensuring the team is delivering exceptional customer service and efficient processes.}
• ^{Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor industry changes, regulatory updates, and market trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.}
• ^{Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing, elevating the customer journey.}

^{Qualifications:}

• ^{Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry (luxury car experience a plus).}
• ^{Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and credit products.}
• ^{Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.}
• ^{Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.}
• ^{Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.}
• ^{A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.}
