You will play a key role in menu development, ensuring that every dish, whether sweet or savory, is a masterpiece. Your responsibilities will include overseeing production, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and collaborating with the culinary team to introduce innovative offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality pastries, desserts, and savory dishes.
  • Collaborate on menu planning and development, focusing on innovative and luxurious options.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring the finest ingredients are used.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in both pastry and savory dish creation
  • Expertise in high-volume production and catering
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for innovation and excellence in the culinary arts
