What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personnel/Records Manager position at Delta Solutions & Strategies?
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Personnel/Records Manager to support The Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) Chief Strategy and Resource Office (CSRO). This office is responsible for carrying out and executing strategic planning, long-range resource allocation, and developing, directing, and conducting USSF programming activities necessary to complete the USSF Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Additionally, the CSRO delivers integrated Service space strategies, policies, and requirements in order to provide organized, trained, and equipped space forces for employment by Joint Force Commanders.
\n- Support on and off-boarding new staff, USSF new hire/ informative orientations, deploying/administering surveys, records management, provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering associated meeting materials.
- Help to develop and maintain in/out processing checklists and coordination with external organizations for accounts/access/equipment.
- Bachelor’s Degree mandatory, plus 10 years (15 years preferred) of experience in office administration, personnel, policy, analysis, MS Office Suite, or equivalent experience/responsibility
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
