Position: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Argentina
Location: Spring, TX (onsite, 5 days/week)
Duration: 1 year (with potential extensions)

Job Responsibilities:
- 10 years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll configuration experience.
- Expertise in U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Argentina payroll implementations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to investigate and explain SAP HCM payroll configurations (rules, schemas, functions, ABAP programs) for the U.S. and Canada.
- Address discrepancies during the testing phase between the old and new system.
- Provide technical and functional consultation and configuration support for global payroll implementations.
- Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas, Wage Types, Legal Reports, Tax/SI, Standard Payroll Reports, and Account Posting as per requirements.
- SAP Time Management, ABAP debugging, Vendor Management, and Project Management experience.
