Position: Senior UX Researcher

Location: Chicago, IL (Hyrbid 3 Days/week onsite)

Job Description

• Ability to translate business and user goals into product and user experience direction
• Ability to UX/UI/interaction design skills and operation of Figma (design systems, prototyping)
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team and stakeholders
• The Sr. UX Researcher will be a leader in the UX team, advocating for both users and the research process.
• This person will need to be passionate about user-centered design, possess a broad range of experience across multiple types of products and research methods, and help develop employee tools that improve the experience for frontline employees.
• The role requires leadership skills in both research execution and team collaboration.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for user experience and be comfortable working with various research methodologies to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
