Job Requirements
- Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and the repairing of the facilities, heavy, medium and light-duty equipment in and out of the shop
- Primary work with team to repair and maintain Tank Trucks, Flatbeds, Light Duty Vehicles and Support Equipment used to transport petroleum products throughout the road system
- Travel to multiple locations up to 50% of the time
- Ability to perform brake services and inspections
- Class B Commercial Operator's License (CDL) is required or must obtain Class B CDL within six months of assignment to the position
- Must have current ASE Certifications and/or Automotive certifications and/or Medium/Heavy Truck certifications
- 5 years' experience required as heavy diesel mechanic or 10 years' experience required as a technician in another fleet or retail automotive environment; or completion of industry trade school (or college courses) related to automotive, or diesel technology required
