Description:
Delta 360 is currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager at our Shreveport, LA branch. You will be responsible for improving performance, efficiency, compliance, and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times while holding employees accountable for Safety
- Prepare daily work schedules and manage the delivery of equipment to customer's job site
- Contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategies and operational objectives
- Supervise multiple plant employees and plant operations
- Provide hands on leadership, process implementation and management of the distribution facility
- Monitors manufacturing progress against targets and objectives and provides summary reports of project status, key performance indicators and operations status as requested by management
- Ensures all Environmental Compliance requirements are met
- Continuously works with the safety department to enhance and improve safety within facility as a top priority. Facilitates daily Health & Safety meetings.
- Understand the cost structure for operations and works to maintain cost control objectives. Will need to be able to manage a P&L
- Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions as necessary.
- Manages labor to assure operating costs are in line with budgeted and projected revenue.
- Training and development of all operation employees to ensure growth of the company
- Assures facility is always clean and presentable for customer audits, tours and participates when necessary or requested.
- Implements continual improvement plans and projects
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management
Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and PC functions)
• Knowledge of common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information
• Self-motivated and results oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of small motors, pumps, and equipment
• Willingness to take charge and offer opinions and directions
• Ability to analyze financial records to improve efficiency and manage cost
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
