Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support JAMF Pro environments to manage Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS).
- Perform device enrollment, profile configuration, and security management via JAMF Pro.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and maintain applications, system updates, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple devices, including deployment failures, device misconfigurations, and network issues.
- Create and maintain scripts and automation workflows for device management.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and implement data protection strategies across all devices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of JAMF Pro server, troubleshooting and resolving incidents as needed.
- Provide technical support to end-users for all Apple devices managed via JAMF.
- Generate and analyze JAMF reports and dashboards to maintain device health and security compliance.
- Assist in training staff and end-users on JAMF-related procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and features in JAMF and related technologies.
- 6-10 years of experience in a technical role related to Apple device management.
- Expertise in JAMF Pro (including JAMF 300 and 400 certifications are highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Apple device management across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell for automation and configuration management.
- Experience with security policies, compliance management, and MDM systems.
- Hands-on experience with macOS and iOS deployment strategies.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software-related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- JAMF 300 and 400 Certifications.
- Experience with other Apple management tools or MDM systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
