Deluxe Design is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. This role involves multi-tasking across various computer programs and communicating with customers via phone, email, and online ordering platforms. Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with POS software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Process detailed orders and oversee projects from start to finish, collaborating with multiple departments and management.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to recommend solutions during the ordering process.
- Draft sales proposals and price quotes.
- Coordinate production, delivery, and installation with the customer, production, and installation teams.
- Support project scheduling, including for subcontractor-installed projects, and assist with the procurement of materials.
- Track project progress, manage deadlines, and handle related documentation.
- Perform quality control to ensure products meet Deluxe’s high standards.
- Use software such as POS ShopVox, Airtable, Filecamp, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage orders and track quality.
- Work closely with internal departments and resolve minor issues independently to keep projects on track.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to use multiple software programs for tracking, data manipulation, and quality control.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Project coordination or management experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate.
