Artificial Intelligence/ML Lead

Position: AI/ ML Lead
Location: Remote ( within DMV Area)
Duration: Full Time

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of software development experience with a focus on AI and ML.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing internal-facing AI chatbot solutions, such as Glean or Rogo.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and text generation techniques.
• Expertise in deploying and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for managing model lifecycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow.
• Experience developing performant, resilient, and maintainable code.
• Experience with data gathering and preparation for ML models.
• People management experience.
• Proven industry impact through conference presentations, research papers, blog posts, open-source contributions, or patents.
• Experience building production-ready data pipelines for ML models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
