Creating innovative, custom go-to-market (GTM) strategies designed to achieve clients’ growth goals that will influence Company revenue and contribute to profitability objectives.
What You Will Do in This Role :
- Manages a portfolio of customers, ensuring the successful operation of their account-based marketing (ABM) platform
- Understands and translates customer business goals into successful go-to-market (GTM) strategy for customers with varying levels of sophistication and be able to show the value in using industry related technology to drive business impact
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with current clients through routine engagement of contacts to ensure Company solutions remain top of mind while educating clients on the general market conditions while providing exemplary customer service
- Develops cross-channel plans across digital media, chat, email, and web customization
- Identifies and drive efficiency in the operation of the ABM platform by developing best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basis
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Success and Ad Operations to bring customer objectives to fruition
- Leads training and workshops to enable customer marketing and sales teams on platform operation and ABM methodologies
- Generates reports for ABM strategy for a portfolio of clients to include tracking and maintaining accurate client records and hit key strategic services milestones using project management and professional services automation software
- Analyzes campaign data to identify opportunities to optimize and enhance customer programs and position rationale
