Welcome to Demand The Limits! Our growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a highly motivated Intake Attorney to join our team. Responsible for conducting initial consultations with potential clients, evaluating the merits of personal injury cases, and determining the firm’s potential for representation. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive expert legal guidance from the outset of their claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Client Consultations: Conduct intake interviews with potential clients, assessing the viability of personal injury claims, and providing legal guidance regarding their situation.
• Case Evaluation: Evaluate the facts and circumstances of each case, reviewing medical records, police reports, and other evidence to determine the strength of the case.
• Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with potential clients, provide a high level of service, and explain the legal process in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Collaboration with Attorneys: Work closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure accurate case evaluation and smooth transition for clients into the firm's representation.
• Legal Research & Documentation: Assist with the gathering of evidence, conducting legal research, and preparing documentation necessary for case evaluation and intake.
• Client Retention: Assist with securing client retention, ensuring potential clients feel comfortable and confident in choosing the firm to represent them.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all intake procedures comply with firm policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all client communications, documentation, and intake forms.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• License: Licensed to practice law in Florida (active bar membership required).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, either as an attorney or in an intake or case evaluation role.
• Experience conducting client consultations, evaluating cases, and working in a high-volume environment preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to explain complex legal concepts in a simple, clear manner.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
