- Provide outstanding organization of material categories.
- Review and maintain material lead times.
- Evaluate stocking requirements and lot sizing.
- Monitor material inventory levels using proven forecasting techniques.
- Convert planned orders to purchase requisitions daily.
- Assess and manage No/Slow moving inventory.
- Collaborate strictly with suppliers on Reverse Material Logistics.
We are looking for candidates who can successfully implement strategic plans and compete at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MRP, particularly with SAP.
- A deep understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Purchasing, Materials Management, or Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and a proven track record with SAP.
- Expertise in Data Management reporting with sophisticated Excel functions.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Information Technology.
- CPIM or CSCP certification, and Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt is also preferred!
