Pay:
· Flat Rate pay is $18-20/ flat rate hour. Paint hours are split 1/3 to prepper and 2/3 to Lead Paint Technician.

Responsibilities:
- Stripping, prepping, sanding, masking, bagging, buffing, detailing
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace/paint booth
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 years of prepping experience in an auto body setting
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to read estimates/repair orders
Schedule:
- 8am – 5pm; Monday – Friday (Full Time)
