What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hr Assistant Fresh Graduate San Juan Greenhills position at Dempsey Resource Management Inc?
Assist department heads, managers, and / or administrators
Provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
Gather information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history, recording this information by hand or on a word processor for use of the data to update personnel files.
Maintain researchable information requested by current and prospective employers and even credit agencies.
Prepares employee reports for managers in the organization
Arranges for advertising and / or posting of job vacancies and notifies eligible workers for position availability.
Arranges for in-house and external training activities, and explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in Human resources, Psychology, or Business Administrations
At least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike
Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of departments.
Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
