Accounting Staff / Associate
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing financial records and transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
2. Record day-to-day financial transaction in accounting software (SAP)
3. Maintain and update AR records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Process invoice issuances to clients
5. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
6. Follow up on overdue accounts and in charge with collections
7. Perform reconciliations to ensure all clients transactions are recorded accurately and investigate discrepancies and resolve any issues.
8. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
9. Assist with preparing and filing tax returns (e.g., VAT, income tax) as required.
10. Help ensure all financial transactions are recorded and posted to the correct accounts.
11. Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing required documentation.
12. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as organizing files, responding to inquiries, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
1. With degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
2. 1 2 years of experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but entry-level candidates with relevant internships or coursework will be considered.
3. With knowledge in SAP but not required
5. With eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting and finance.
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
