Pay Rate: $20 Hour plus monthly bonus
Role and Responsibilities:
Daily Operational Duties:
- Balance High-Volume Registers: Accurately balance point-of-sale registers to ensure deposits are completed on time.
- Meet Daily Deadlines: Follow established procedures precisely to meet required deadlines consistently.
- Achieve Set Goals: Handle repetitive tasks effectively to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Audit POS Data: Review point-of-sale data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and report over/short totals when necessary.
Strategic Work Focus:
- Maintain a Clutter-Free Workspace: Keep your work station organized to promote efficiency and focus.
- Dependable Attendance: Regular, on-time attendance is essential to meet daily operational timelines.
- Effective Communication: Follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team members and departments.
- Stress Management: Balance workload and manage stress to maintain a productive environment.
- Multitasking Ability: Effectively manage balancing tasks while communicating via email across departments.
- Work in a Secure, Small Area: Be comfortable working in a small, secured environment with minimal distractions.
- Meet Deadlines: Minimize interruptions to ensure timely task completion in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Typing Speed: 40 WPM or higher.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- POS Systems: Familiarity with web-based Point of Sale programs.
- Financial Tools: Experience with QuickBooks.
- Tech Skills: General knowledge of printers, scanners, ten-key calculators, and telephone systems
