Human Resources Assistant

Reports To

The Human Resources Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for

Operations, Admin / HR Audit, and General Manager

Job Description

  • Assist department heads, managers, and / or administrators
  • Provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring,

compensation, and benefits.

  • Gather information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and

    • general work history, recording this information by hand or on a word processor

    for use of the data to update personnel files.

  • Maintain researchable information requested by current and prospective

    • employers and even credit agencies.

  • Prepares employee reports for managers in the organization
  • Arranges for advertising and / or posting of job vacancies and notifies eligible

    • workers for position availability.

  • Arranges for in-house and external training activities, and explains company

    • personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants

    Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in Human

    • resources, Psychology, or Business Administrations

  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
  • Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of

    • departments.

  • Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
