Key Responsibilities
· Routine Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues before they become major problems. This includes checking HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and structural elements.
· Preventative Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities. This might involve lubricating machinery, replacing worn-out parts, and updating systems as necessary.
· Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents in a timely manner. This includes fixing leaks, unclogging drains, repairing or replacing electrical fixtures, and attending to any other issues that may arise.
