Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our initiatives in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to integrate comprehensive support services into programs.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in social work or a related field, with a focus on working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated skills in program development and management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Strong relationship management abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supervising staff in a supportive and constructive manner.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
