Marijuana Production Manager

Job Summary
Our growing brand is seeking a dedicated marijuana product Production Manager to oversee our product creation operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of marijuana, marijuana products, METRC, and the Alaska Marijuana market. This role is crucial in ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Manager will be responsible for implementing process improvements, managing resources, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Duties

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve operational objectives and ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement production plans that align with company goals and customer demands.
• Collaborate with our team to enhance operations management and streamline production systems.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Alaska marijuana industry.
• Strong knowledge marijuana product categories and production techniques.
• Strong experience in METRC.
• Must possess a current Alaska marijuana handlers card and food handlers card.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proven ability to take upper management conceptual direction and translate it into documented, repeatable processes.
• Must have an eye and an ethic for quality.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
