E-BANKING SPECIALIST
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE
POSITION OVERVIEW: This position provides support to all users of the various electronic payment systems including online banking, ATM and visa check cards, wire transfers, ACH, currency orders and shipments to and from the Federal Reserve Bank, large return notifications, overdrafts, return item processing, Canadian check processing, telephone banking management, fraud monitoring with customer verification tracking, and mail room duties. Provide resolution for error adjustments to the Federal Reserve cash letters as well as dispute claims against all other payment systems.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in banking operations with at least one year of experience as a Teller, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. 2 years in banking operations preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
